ESI Unveils IP Series Fast Ethernet Telephone System
Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) announced two versions of the ESI IP Series Fast Ethernet telephone system - the IP 200 and the IP 40. These IP network-based telephone systems combine breakthrough 100 Mbps packetized voice performance with state-of-the-art telephony features, yet are easy to install, maintain, and use.
Customers are already seeing the benefits of packetized voice as an integrated technology within their existing networks. Supporting a single network is more economical because there's less wiring, it's easier to administer and packetized voice is more efficient than older circuit- switched voice technology. Both the IP 200 and IP 40 provide 10/100Base-T (Fast Ethernet) connectivity and support for both 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps Ethernet environments assure a flexible and cost-effective migration path between existing and future network requirements.
Based on ESI's high-performance DSP-based IVX platform, the IP Series phone systems are extremely affordable, highly reliable Ethernet-based telephone systems that can help small- to medium-sized businesses improve productivity, enhance customer relationship management, and reduce overall system ownership costs.
